Our mission

Gunold GmbH, a well-known manufacturer of yarns, commissioned us with a comprehensive update of their existing online store from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6. The core objectives of the project included the integration of the Abas ERP system to optimize business processes and an effective linking of B2B and B2C functionalities within one platform.

The details

  • Integration of the Abas ERP system: adaptation and expansion of the existing interfaces for complete integration.
  • Development of a customer-specific theme: Realisierung in zwei Varianten für B2B- und B2C-Zielgruppen.
  • Clear product presentation: Design of a uniform product portfolio presentation that appeals to both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Optimization of user guidance: Design and implementation of intuitive navigation through the store.

The certain something

In addition to the technical implementation, a particular focus was placed on the user experience. The newly developed yarn configurator allows customers to customize products according to their specific needs. This tool was specially developed to interactively present the extensive range of colors and the various applications of the yarns, which significantly enriches the shopping experience.

The result

The modern, lively website focuses on the user while achieving clear goals for Trivadis on the one hand and providing customers with inspiration and structured content on the other. The dynamic content pool replaces the old, expensive system and significantly reduces the maintenance effort. The inspiring design with extraordinary color gradients perfectly rounds off this exciting project.
